The following terms used in these Terms carry the meanings indicated:

• "Platform" refers to nk44's website, services, and applications.
• "Account" refers to a personal user profile registered at nk44.
• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in your account.
• "Bonus" refers to any additional credits or incentives provided by the platform.
• "Wager" refers to funds spent to participate in any game, slot, betting, or casino activity.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the total wager amount required before a bonus becomes withdrawable.

2.1 Age Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use the services at nk44. No person under 21 may use this platform. We reserve the right to verify age at any time, and failure to provide proof may result in the account being suspended or closed.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same name, address, device, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all associated accounts will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at registration must be true, accurate, and complete. If false information is provided, nk44 reserves the right to close the account without prior notice.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Allowing anyone else access to your account is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized activity on your account, notify the support team immediately.

3.1 Payment Methods

The payment methods currently accepted at nk44 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits and withdrawals are processed through these three mobile banking methods. Note that Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawal processing may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

3.4 Deposit Responsibility

Once a deposit is completed, it is non-refundable unless a technical error is proven. Verify the correct account details before making a deposit. nk44 is not responsible for deposits made using incorrect information.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Or depositing ৳32,000 will earn the maximum ৳15,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳47,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the sum of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer may have its own specific terms.
• A bonus may apply only to specified games or categories.
• Bonus balance is not directly withdrawable; withdrawal is only possible once wagering is complete.
• nk44 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotional offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

5.1 Fair Play Policy

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% cashback per week.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% cashback per week.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.

You can advance to a higher VIP tier by staying regularly active on the platform and playing a sufficient amount. VIP benefits are at nk44's discretion and may change at any time.

7.1 nk44's Rights

nk44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Providing false or misleading information.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity.
• Suspicion of money laundering.
• Operating multiple accounts.

7.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your account at any time. Contact the support team to request account closure. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance before closure.

nk44 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these Terms at any time. Accessing the platform for the first time after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

If any clause of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully effective. The invalidity of one clause will not invalidate the entire agreement.
